However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to refuse or cancel any order containing incorrect pricing information.

Product availability is limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Ordering & Payment

Shipping & Delivery

Flockwing ships orders to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 5-10 business days after shipment.

Flockwing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping risk and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at flockwingteam@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at flockwingteam@gmail.com.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us at your expense. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
